# Upgrade Round 7 — Clear Restaurant vs Bar Product Logic

## Product departments
Product creation now allows only two sellable departments:
- Restaurant
- Bar

Each department can have multiple sections. Restaurant products can only use Restaurant sections; Bar products can only use Bar sections.

## Restaurant products
Restaurant products are menu items. The form requires the normal product identity/category/section and selling price, but does not require:
- buying/cost price
- opening stock/quantity
- reorder level
- product stock

Their cost and stock consumption come from recipe ingredients.

## Bar products
Bar products are normal stocked products. The form supports:
- buying price
- selling price
- opening quantity
- opening stock store

Bar product stock is tracked normally.

## Validation
The backend now rejects:
- departments other than Restaurant or Bar for sellable products
- a section belonging to the wrong department
- opening quantity on a Restaurant menu product
